Andrew James

CEO

Andrew received his Bachelors of Science in Information Studies from Florida State University. He started his career with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in Quality Assurance. Since its inception, Andrew has been an instrumental part of building JW’s reputation as a professional organization that will execute client demands with honesty, integrity and professionalism. A born and raised New Yorker, he enjoys spending free time with his wife and two daughters.

Spencer Keil

Assistant Sales Manager

Spencer has worked with the company since mid 2022. Taking advantage of his pervious business & management experience, it only took Spencer 5 months to earn a promotion to Jonathon Wesley’s management team. He enjoys the relationships he’s built in the office and the opportunities for travel.

Human Resources Manager

Crystal is a North Central College graduate with a degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Health Studies. During her tenure, Ms. White held several university positions such as of Head Researcher Assistant, Preceptor for Advanced Psychology and is an honorary Psi Chi member. Crystal enjoys spending time with family and personal reading in her free time.

Christina Breuninger

Financials Manager

Christina graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. Joining the team in 2009, she quickly gained experience through various positions in the agency before settling into a Finance Management position. Outside of work, you can find Christina spending time with her two children or traveling across the world.

 

Monet Alexander

Assistant Manager

Monet Alexander is a proud double major from The Ohio Stare University in Political Science and Dance, all while being an D1 athlete dancing for The Ohio State Dance Team. Monet went on to cheer and dance professionally for the Cincinnati Bengals & the Cleveland Cavaliers. Her passion for performing and teaching lead her to coaching the Cavs Kids for 2 years and coaching on a collegiate level for the University of Akron’s dance team. Monet has always enjoyed being in a leadership role, she’s been in sales for over 6 years and has managed high performing sales teams and offices in Ohio, Maryland and Illinois. She is extremely competitive and enjoys having an incredible work life balance, traveling with friends and family and experiencing different cities, states and countries. The reason Monet started in this industry was for an opportunity to change & help others grow to their best potential. Why Monet stayed was for the relationship and colleagues that have helped her become the best version of herself!
